Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Khazana and go to the Manage tab.
2. Tap your account at the top to open Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email us from the address you use to sign in, and we’ll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Or write to support@khazanapos.com with the subject “Delete my Khazana account”.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address, name and sign-in details.
• All shop data synced to your account (products, sales, customers and stock and settings).
• The link between your account and your purchases.

What isn’t deleted

• Data saved on your phone — it stays until you uninstall Khazana or clear its data, so you can keep using the app without an account.
• Backups in your own iCloud or Google Drive, or backup files you saved — remove those yourself if you wish.
• Payment records kept by Google Play or the App Store, as they require. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription — cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account to stop future charges.
